Belens Vogn is a small mobile coffee bar run by Alessandra and Aldo. We bring a vintage Ape van, Italian coffee and a warm welcome to weddings across Copenhagen and Zealand — indoors or in the garden, with or without power on site.
How we serve your wedding day
Ceremony welcome
Two hours of espresso, cappuccino and filter coffee while guests arrive and photos are taken.
Reception & dinner
Coffee served alongside the cake and dessert, with decaf and plant-based milk always available.
Full-day service
Split hours across the day — welcome drinks, afternoon pick-me-up and a late-night espresso before the dancing.
Branded for you
Your names, colours and signage on the Ape, so the van becomes part of the décor and the photos.
Every wedding is quoted individually — number of guests, hours and location decide the final price. Tell us the date and we come back within 24 hours.
Wedding questions
How much space does the coffee cart need at a wedding venue?
About 2.5 square metres. The Ape van fits through most courtyards, garden entrances and venue driveways in and around Copenhagen.
Do you need electricity at the venue?
If we set up indoors, yes — a standard power socket. Outdoors we can work fully self-sufficient, without power from the venue.
Which areas do you cover?
Copenhagen and the surrounding area. We also travel to venues further out on Zealand — just tell us the address and we include travel in the quote.
When is the best moment to serve coffee at a wedding?
Most couples book us for the welcome reception, after the ceremony while photos are taken, or after dinner alongside the cake. We can also split the hours across the day.
Can the van be branded for our wedding?
Yes. We can add your names, colours or signage to the Ape so it fits the look of your day.
